1.1 NEW FUNCTIONALITIES

- ANR-076: XSD validation in OSFI for all languages.
- ANR-090: OSFI upgrade to Fortran 2003 (with bug fixes)
- ANR-100: Remove "N/A" parsing from OSFI
- ANR-109: Remove ndims management in OSFI

1.2 CORRECTIONS

- ANR-132: OSFI-C returns matrix dimensions in getMatrixXValues not consistent with generic E2E ICD
- ANR-133: OSFI should return the element type in matrices and arrays
