- Section 1 (Scope)
EXPLORER_GEN_FILES does not exist. The functionalities previously
included in this library have been split between EXPLORER_ORBIT and 
EXPLORER_VISIBILITY

- Section 5.2 (Satellite Reference Frames)
The current Attitude Reference Frames can be found in the
EXPLORER_POINTING SUM:
a) Orbital Frame
b) Satellite Nominal Frame 
c) Satellite Frame 
d) Instrument Frame 

- Section 5.4 (Satellite Reference Frames Tranformations)
The transformations between the different Attitude Reference Frames
can be found in the EXPLORER_POINTING SUM.

- Section 8.1 (Attitude Control)
It includes references to the old Satellite Reference Frames.
