The Get and Compare OSV Data tools calculate orbit state vector data at given times (UTC Time, Earth-Fixed Position and Velocity, Longitude/Latitude/Altitude, Osculating Keplerian Elements) from a given input orbit file and calculates the differences between two different orbit files.
