The TLE2ORBPRE tool calculates the Orbit State Vectors (Earth-Fixed frame) at Ascending Node Crossing from an input Two-Line Element (TLE) orbit file and creates an output Orbit Predicted File ORBPRE (EO ORBPRE XML format).
The TLE2ORBRES tool calculates the Orbit State Vectors (Earth-Fixed frame) with a given time step from an input Two-Line Element (TLE) orbit file and creates an output Orbit Restituted File ORBRES (EO ORBRES XML format).
